The Leonardo da Vinci museum’s ribbon-cutting and grand opening is Friday, June 12.
It will be the only da Vinci museum in North America.
It features a large collection of full-scale machine recreations crafted by Artisans of Florence, hands-on STEAM exhibits, and manuscripts.
Joe Arrigo, the President and founder of the Leonardo da Vinci Museum and Craig Eliot joined Dave Moore on the morning show. Tap play below to hear the interview.
There are hundreds of da Vinci designs inside the museum drawings and working models that the artisans in Italy have put together and built and sent to the United States.
They will also rotate with the other da Vinci museums in the world, including South Korea, Brazil, Australia, France, and Italy.
So if you visit now, in 3 to 4 months visit again, there will be different displays and pieces of art.
It’s located at 310 Central Main Street in downtown Pueblo.
