The next “Peanuts” animated special will feature Peppermint Patty’s introverted sidekick, Marcie.  She’s the one with the glasses that always refers to Patty as “sir”.  It premieres on Apple+ this Friday.  Here’s a preview.

Of Note: “Peanuts” creator Charles M. Schulz’s son, Craig, is the executive producer. He recently said “My dad always said Snoopy could take over the comic strip. There were a lot of discussions of how to rein Snoopy in.” Snoopy WILL be in the new special, for additional “comic relief”.
